MY APPROACH
In therapy we would work together in a collaborative relationship to help you find a safe connected space within yourself to process whatever you want to bring to therapy.
I am an integrative therapist. I use attachment and trauma focussed therapies where helpful. Sometimes after building the relationship, therapy begins with psychoeducation, we might talk a bit about the brain, thoughts body and nervous system. Somethings it is useful to map things out or to look at thoughts, we may bring in mindfulness and being in the moment.
